Customer Privacy Protection

• All equipment that we take into stock that may have personal or business information on it is fully erased or destroyed.
• Hard drives are formated using Apples Zero Out Format with thirty five passes. What this does is it erases the hard drive and then writes zeros and ones over the entire drive, then it erases it again, and repeats thirty four more times.
• We also can do hard drive destruction, where the hard drive is removed from the system taken apart and made un-usable.
