How can I have trust in the transaction?

What types of payments can I receive?

We have two different ways we can send you the payment. Please let us know which works best for you. We can send you a payment in the form of a PayPal deposit (which is half of the quote price) in advance and then the balance once it arrives. The other choice is we can send you a check once we receive the unit. Final payment/check goes out within two business days of us receiving the item.

Will securely erase my hard drive?

All equipment that we take into stock that may have personal or business information on it is fully erased or destroyed. Hard drives are formatted using Apple’s Zero Out Format with thirty-five passes. What this does is it erases the hard drive and then writes zeros and ones over the entire drive, then it erases it again, and repeats thirty four more times. It is the most secure form of data destruction.

How does shipping work?

We will provide you with a fully prepaid UPS label. Simply attach it to the box with the Mac in it. You are responsible for packaging your computer. Be sure to package it securely in a good-sized box with amble packaging materials. We are not responsible for systems that get damaged due to poor packaging. If you do not want to package your computer, we encourage you to take it to a UPS Store where they will professionally pack it for you for a small fee.

Is the quoted price guaranteed and how do you deal with revisions?

If you accurately described the computer, you will be paid the contract price. If you send us a computer that drastically differs from the details you provided us, we will contact you with the revised quote. You can either choose to accept the revised quote or have the system returned.

What should be included with my computer?

Please send anything that came with the computer that you still have. We require certain items if they are in the contract like the power cord, battery, any OEM software, and DVI to VGA adapters (towers). If you do not have these items, it is no problem. Just let us know so we may give you a proper quote. If you have these items please send them also: Keyboard, Mouse, Original Box, or Manuals.

Can I get my computer back?

Typically, we can get you back your computer within two days notice after we have processed payment.

We can send your payment in one of two ways: PayPal or Check.
